Do you provide after-sale support ? 14. Will you answer my questions ? The Forum AdManager handles the whole process of advertisers booking, paying and submitting their ads at your forum. The Ads appear on every forum page in 9 locations - 1 Gold Ad , 2 Silver Ads and 6 Featured Ads - as shown here 2. Is it difficult to install ? Installation consists of uploading files and running a simple script - a 3 minute job for most forums. However we can do the install for you if you wish. Our normal cost is $25 but for this initial period it is FREE 3. Does it take long to set up ? No - there's a simple control panel where you set up whatever default ads you require and the pricing information. That's it. Once it's set up there's nothing for you to do apart from telling your paying Advertisers where to sign in. 5. How do I handle the pricing of ads ? You can be as flexible as you like. For example 1 day, Gold Ad - $10 6. How do I know what the advertisers are doing ? You have the option to get email notifications every time an advertiser books an ad or changes it and when the ad goes live and when it expires. You can get reports on all the payments received across all your advertisers. Plus a complete calendar schedule of all ads past, present and future. 7. Will you help me find advertisers ? We can't provide personal help in this area but on installation we will send you our Forum AdManager guide "Getting Advertisers'. 8. How does this compare with AdSense ? Good question. If you use AdSense please read this. 9. How much can the forum earn ? Here is a real example - our own forum. Click here - it opens in a pop-up window. If you can estimate the percentage of ad slots you expect to fill then you can work out the exact earnings using the Calculator. But remember - even if you have no advertisers the system will automatically use your own Default Ads. If you don't have any products to advertise we can give you affiliate links to our own in-demand products. 10. Can I trust you to access my forum ? When we install Forum AdManager you can provide a temporary ftp password and revert back when we are finished. After that we have no access to the running of Forum AdManager, you are the Admin with your own password. 11. How do you share out the income ? The very first ad payment is sent to you, the next to us. After that it is generally a case of alternate payments, the program simply allocates the next payment to whoever has the least share at the time. So, even if it is running for years, the difference either way will never be more than the highest price ad slot. Every ad booked generates a notification email which shows you who receives the payment, and the Reports section lists every payment and the total shareout at any time. And remember - Forum AdManager will always be free. And your share of the profits will never be reduced It's hard to dislike something which brings you an income with no work needed, however if you do want to stop we will either give you the instructions to remove Forum AdManager or do it ourselves - whichever you prefer.
