Forum AdManager - Self Installation

Installation consists of uploading files, and running a simple patch script. On a standard phpBB forum (default subSilver theme) running on a Cpanel host, this will probably take 3 minutes or less.

If your phpBB forum is 'non-standard' (i.e. non subSilver theme), it may take about 20 minutes or so. The install option is available if you change your mind.

** Notes:
1. Forum Ad Manager cannot be installed on 'free' forums i.e. at sites such as phpbbforfree.com which offer free hosting and free forums. Please contact us for a solution.

2. Forum AdManager cannot be installed on a site using phpBB version 3

3. Due to the huge demand for using Forum AdManager we can only offer individual assistance with installation if your forum has more than 200 members. We have a support forum for general assistance.

What happens next

You will receive an email with the license info plus a download link to download the ForumAdManager software. Download and follow the instructions to install.

Once you've setup ForumAdManager, your Forum will appear with a set of default ads. You might wish to change these straight away so that your forum can immediately start earning from your ads. Just go to the Default Ads option in your Admin panel. It's quite straight forward as is the whole of the Admin side of things. You will find simple Help instructions on each screen and you will also receive a short userguide.
